We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Customer service experience
  • Good listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Extremely well developed conversation skills and empathy on social media
  • Ability to effectively communicate needs and opportunities to other team members
  • Well developed command of basic office software, including Google Suite Applications
  • A willingness to relocate to the St. Louis, MO area

  • Comfortable being a public brand representative for GTG
  • A versatile writer, equally capable of formal eloquence and casual familiarity
  • Able to remain patient and composed while communicating with customers
  • Able to work well both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly assist customers with inquiries on various platforms
  • Manage GTG Social Media presence (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Kickstarter, etc.)
  • Communicate with GTG customers via newsletters and other long form writing
  • Manage the GTG Forums
  • Communicate internally to find solutions and resolve issues

Compensation and Benefits:
