- Client or Account service experience
- Good listening & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Well developed command of basic office software, including Google Suite applications
- Ability to learn unique operating procedures in a timely and confident manner
And who is:

- Able to remain patient and composed while communicating with clients
- Able to work well both independently and collaboratively
- Able to cultivate positive relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met
- Local to Saint Louis, MO or willing to relocate
Responsibilities:
- Purchase order processing
- Client Account & Service Management
- Sales Support (answering customer service emails, guiding clients through onboarding processes, collating sales reports, etc)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $40,000/year
