We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Client or Account service experience
  • Good listening & communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well developed command of basic office software, including Google Suite applications
  • Ability to learn unique operating procedures in a timely and confident manner

  • Able to work well both independently and collaboratively
  • Able to cultivate positive relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met
  • Local to Saint Louis, MO or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase order processing
  • Client Account & Service Management
  • Sales Support (answering customer service emails, guiding clients through onboarding processes, collating sales reports, etc)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $40,000/year
