Yes! Dr. Horrible FTW!

I'm also a fan of Stone Sour: Absolute Zero for Absolute Zero and Shinedown: Unity for Unity.

She might even enjoy this cover.

(hooray for answering my own question)

I've also come up with "Hey, man, nice shot!" for Chrono-Ranger, "The Animal I have Become" for Naturalist, This for Mainstay, and Surfin' Bird for the Matriarch.

I think Tsunami Bomb's "Lemonade" would be a pretty appropriate Expatriette track.

Ra, God of the Fun
Draw, God of the Sun
The Matriarch's Psychic damage is her forcing a gratuitous amount of Snapple facts about birds into a hero's brain.

Doesn't Unity always sing: "Dōmo arigatō, Mr. Roboto", or is that Omni-X, I can never remember.

Miss Fortune.  "Coming up from Behind" Two Ton Boa.

I want to go Santana's "Gypsy Queen" for Kismet, but I can't help imagining her and "Bad Luck Woman" by Memphis Minnie.

I've also got the song "High Times Hard Times" from the movie "Newsies" for Setback.

Queen's "Don't stop me now" for Friction.

I think Ra might pick this little track...

EDIT:

And somehow I think of Legacy, singing this as he goes into battle.

For some reason Invincible by OK GO struck me as a song for Captain Cosmic, despite not knowing anything about him.

It's a quirky song which doesn't quite fit in with anything, about a 'hero' protecting the Earth from 'aliens'.

I recently thought of some more:

Break-in City or Invisible Man (Scatman ver.) for Wraith.

The More I See for Visionary.

Are You Afraid of the Dark theme for Nightmist

Nothing Bad Ever Happens for Kismet

Soldiers by Drowning Pool for KNYFE

Pursuit of the Hunted for Ambuscade

All Nightmare Long for the Dreamer

The Prisoner for Tempest

Still Alive for Omnitron-X

Want you Gone for Omnitron

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiago (Rockapella ver) for La Capitan

Fanatic -- Ride of the Valkyries

Grand Warlord Voss has landed near you and his minions are burning and killing. Help is on the way -- an army sent to fight Voss -- but won't be here for an hour. Which one hero from SotM do you wish was with you, and why?

Everyone can go home.  The Internet has been won.

I'd take Visionary.

For a short time she could hold off the entire invasion, they'd have to pay attention to her.

The hero I would choose would be Cursed Acolyte from the universe where Cursed Acolyte is a hero! Because that would make use twinsies! Which unlocks even more super powers.

Providing that Voss' army are just setting up their beachhead and not actively attacking anything I would take the Wraith as my partner-of-the-hour.

That's an hour of watching her planning out her attack (which would be absolutely fanscinating) and then 3 minutes of watching her direct the army to give the neccessary distration for her to execute her plan and take down Voss and his minions in 2 minutes flat (which would be utterly awesome).

If they're attacking everything then I'm too busy running for my life so I guess Tachyon to help me run extra fast!

I'm with phantaskippy on this one: Visionary can have the army shooting each other, walking in circles when they think they're going forward, etc.

Which Sentinels character do you think should run a coffee shop?

First response that popped into my head was Tachyon: "See what our caffeine can do for YOU!"

The Naturalist might be good at (or at least emotinally invested in) sourcing the most eco-friendly beans possible to promote environmental health.

Haka could have some interesting recipes he's learned over the years, but that's a bit of a stretch.

I can't help but think of the webcomic Girl Genius when I think of Unity running a coffee shop.  The coffeemakers would almost certainly be ambulatory within the first day of her on site.

Not Setback.  Just no.

Setback - "Oops!  Third spilled cup today, 5th broken glass, but we also got top prize for best coffee in Chicago!"

The Sentinels would have a nice family operation.

Unity would be great - labor costs would be negligible and she'd be a very friendly hostess. laugh
