Wanted: Customer Service Manager

Greater Than Games is seeking a full time Customer Service Manager. As we have continued to grow as a company, it has become more and more apparent that we need a charismatic person dedicated to assisting our customers full-time through e-mail. This position is Monday-Friday and 40 hours a week. We're looking to fill this role by the end of January 2019.  

Mandatory technical requirements; if you don’t have these, it isn’t worth your time to apply:

  • One year of experience in a customer service role
  • A willingness to relocate to the St. Louis, MO area
  • Expert level command of office software, including Google Docs


  • Assist customers with inquiries via emails
  • Respond to customers’ problems promptly
  • Communicating internally to find solutions and resolve matters
  • Responsibilities may shift depending on applicants skill set


  • Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
  • Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
  • Computer proficient
  • Effectively communicate issues, needs, and opportunities with other team members
  • Patience when communicating with the customer and ability to maintain composure at all times
  • Good listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $3500/month
